All orders placed on https://moravixy.com are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Moravixy LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the United States.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@moravixy.com or call us at +1 859-353-5316. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for a claim.
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Moravixy LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policy
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items that show signs of assembly, use, or damage not caused by shipping will not be eligible for a return.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Moravixy LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Moravixy LLC does not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or appears to be defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@moravixy.com or +1 859-353-5316. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, Moravixy LLC will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement, provided the damage/defect is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you desire.
